Marketing and SEO Specialist

ThingsWeCare is a boutique digital design agency based in Los Angeles and New York City. We help small business clients create elevated online presence. We are hiring for a part-time Marketing and SEO Specialist remotely.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, with strong knowledge in SEO optimization, paid search and paid social
  • High level of proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Ahrefs etc.
  • Moderate to high level of familiarity with WordPress
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to increase traffic and conversion with SEO, paid search and paid social
  • Strong project management skills

Job Descriptions

  • Optimize the agency’s SEO search results on a continuous basis
  • Create paid search and social ads
  • Manage and optimize the agency’s marketing campaigns
  • Monitor analytics on the agency’s website and use data to inform marketing activities
  • Optimize the agency’s marketing effort to increase conversion. Pitch marketing strategies to CEO.
  • Generate weekly traffic and conversion reports
  • Communicate regularly with Founder and CEO on project status

Compensation

This is a remote, part-time and freelance role. We offer $60/hour with added bonus based on the amount of conversion you generate. Weekly hour is 10-20 hours.
